DIVERSITY

All lives cannot matter until Black lives matter. We're in an age with infinite possibilities for connection and education, and as a people, we're not using that to its full potential. It's used to spread hate and prejudices and racism. Those Who Wonder is committed to changing that and is committed not only to being non-racist, but also to being anti-racist. TWW will only partner with those who feel and act the same way, will educate those who don't, and will strive to bring peace and true equality.

We know it's not enough to just say something. We are also going to do something about it. We will ensure that our content is diverse in ways that matter, showcasing Black lives as equals. From scripted content to branded IRL content, TWW will strive to give voice to Black creators and characters and to give Black role models not only to our youngest generations, but also to our oldest. Because we can't truly make strides in changing the world until everyone can see diversity in both fiction and non-fiction content. And TWW believes that diverse content can truly shape the world into a better place.
INCLUSION

Those Who Wonder's mission is to elevate the voices of those who are marginalized - women, BIPOC, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ people. This means that we will lift up creators in these communities both on-screen and off-screen. We can't call something truly inclusive unless both those that are visible to the audience as well as those who aren't visible to the audience are diverse. We not only want to see these communities, we want to hear from them. And so, we absolutely will ensure equal pay and equal opportunity on all of our projects.

Internally within our company, we also will ensure that these voices are represented among our employees. The best rooms are those that have many voices from many backgrounds, and we want TWW to be the best. As we grow, we will always include and elevate these voices so we can become an exemplary entity that will be a leader in making a truly inclusive and diverse future in both entertainment and in real life.
Black Lives Matter. Love is Love. Protect Trans Lives. Stop Asian Hate.
Equity and Equality to All.
